MPWS Productions LLC operates RideLogger, the senior transportation scheduling software available at theridelogger.com.

What RideLogger Stores

RideLogger may store facility and transportation-related information entered by authorized facility staff. This may include:

  • Facility name
  • Staff names, email addresses, phone numbers, and roles
  • Resident first names and last initials
  • Resident room numbers, phone numbers, and trip notes
  • Trip schedules and destinations
  • Activity audit log records

Where RideLogger Data Is Stored

RideLogger uses Google Firebase, including Firestore, Authentication, and Hosting. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is stored using U.S. data centers.

Who Can See RideLogger Data

RideLogger data is viewable only by authorized staff accounts belonging to that facility and by MPWS Productions LLC when needed for support, operations, maintenance, or security.

MPWS Productions LLC does not sell RideLogger customer data. RideLogger does not use advertising trackers or analytics trackers inside the application.

RideLogger Data Retention and Deletion

Facility data may be exported at any time using the built-in export feature. After cancellation, data may be deleted upon written request.

Payments and Billing

Some Services may offer paid products, subscriptions, digital downloads, software tools, or other paid features. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad, app stores, or other payment platforms.
